Also in the park, were these ballon floats for children to paddle around in. Aren't they great? I want one now!

    Very Russian - or at least anywhere not bothered to much by health and safety regulations; you put small children in a sealed plastic bag with no air in it, then you blow in air, then you throw it into water!
