I don't like cottage cheese or ricotta much anyway. Or yoghurt. So I will cheat and say the best Russian cheeses are parmesan, mozzarella and anything in the President range - because these are all flavorsome and relatively cheap imports!<br /><br />I also quite like that weird smoked stuff that looks like rope... but what about you?
